Great run - really enjoyed it strangely. Very muddy after recent rain esp on a course with 70% off-road. Final few sectors very good, but whole run good considering under-foot conditions. Very pleasing.

Still got a bit of tenderness in my shins, but that went after a minute or so. Getting into the process of starting slower, a fast middle and a strong end, as this run shows. Another PB, but slower this time - must find some less muddy routes (segs 1 and 2 were knee deep!).
